Care for Your Treats
All Treats jewellery is gold or white gold plated to the highest standard. While plated jewellery will naturally fade over time, proper care will help preserve its shine for as long as possible.
Please note: Items that show signs of fading are not eligible for a warranty claim after a 6-month warranty period.
To keep your Treats in their best condition, we recommend:
- Avoiding direct contact with perfume, cologne, soaps, salt water, and chlorine
- Storing your jewellery in a dry place, ideally in a soft-lined box or pouch
- Keeping pieces separate to prevent scratches and impact damage
Treats 6-Month Warranty
All Treats jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults or material defects.
To be eligible for a claim:
- Your item must have been purchased directly from our website
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number and email address)
- Clear images of the issue must be submitted to our customer service team
- If the item is confirmed to be defective under normal use, we’ll offer a like-for-like replacement at no cost. If the same product is no longer available, we’ll issue store credit, valid for 12 months.
In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for inspection and quality auditing.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Loss, theft, or damage due to improper handling
- Items altered or repaired by third parties
- Tarnishing or fading outside the warranty period
- Claims without sufficient proof (images, order details, etc.)
Please note: Improper use or abuse of the warranty policy may result in rejected claims and impact your ability to make future claims.
